Introducing our new wood effect collection...

We are very happy to have 3 new tiles in our floor tile collection!  We now have 3 ranges of wood effect porcelain tiles on the site, there's more to follow but we've made a start with these lovelies!  To celebrate, we thought we'd sing the praises of wood effect tiles with 5 reasons why they are better than natural wood flooring (not that we're based...!)

1.  Porcelain floor tiles are resilient, durable and extremely hard wearing.  No stiletto heel dents or scratches from pets or toys!

2. Tiles are not affected by sunlight (relevant occasionally in Blighty!) so will not bleach or fade over time.

3.  Porcelain tiles have minimal water absorption and so will not warp or expand/retract when wet.  This makes wood effect porcelain a great choice for bathrooms floors.

4.  Porcelain tiles are frost proof and so can be used outside on the patio without needing any maintenance (leaves still need to be swept sadly!)

5.  Porcelain floor tiles are maintenance free - no need to wax, varnish or seal.  Just clean occasionally!
