Delivery and Returns

We aim to deliver orders between 5 and 7 working days. In relation to larger orders or those with a bespoke pattern and design, this may take slightly longer, but you will be advised. We would suggest that if there is any urgency in the project you are planning, to contact us before placing the order, so that we are able to check stock. 

Small deliveries will be sent either by DPD or Royal Mail and larger orders or pallets may be sent either by DPD, a courier or by pallet. Pallet deliveries will only be to the nearest safe kerbside due to access problems that may be encountered and the size of the vehicle. There will always need to be someone available to take a palletised delivery or courier delivery. Couriers and delivery companies are third parties and therefore are not able to carry items in to a home or work area. 

For bank holidays or other national holidays extra time should be added to the normal delivery times. Please contact us for information regarding orders placed around these times. 

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or wish to return any items. Only whole boxes of tiles can be returned and will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 25% of the value of the return. The items must be in a re-saleable condition. 

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout stage. Samples are charge at 99p per item with a standard delivery charge of £5.95. If you have any queries on postage, please contact us.
